For yeast infection treatment, avoid yeasts as they ferment sugar and thrive on simple
carbohydrates. Also avoid fermented foods.

Fill 1 cup white vinegar in a 1 liter bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with warm water. Use the
mixture as douche for vaginal yeast infection, or wash 2x daily. Alternatively, have a vinegar bath by
pouring 1 cup vinegar in the tub.

Eat plenty of fresh raw garlic or take odorless garlic supplements to fight vaginal yeast infection.

For
vaginal itching due to yeast
infection, boil a handful of gotu kola leaves and drink it when cool 2x a day.

Blend 3-4 pieces garlic, and mix with 1 cup vinegar and 2 cups warm water. Strain the mixture and use
it as vaginal wash.

Drink a mixture of 1 teaspoon each apple cider vinegar and honey in ΒΌ cup warm water with each
meals.

Wrap a garlic clove (peeled and punctured) in cheese cloth and insert into the vagina for several
hours. A piece of the cheesecloth needs to remain external to remove the garlic clove.

Douche with 1 tablespoon licorice powder boiled for 5 minutes in 1 pint water. Use after strained and
cooled.

Lower consumption of animal fats and by-products, or replace them with nuts and fish to counter vaginal
yeast infection.

Take high amounts of fiber to absorb dead yeasts and their toxins.

Take lots of lemon juice and grapefruits. Also take cranberries or drink 8 oz. cranberry juice daily to
prevent vaginal yeast infection.

Avoid oranges and red meat to counter yeast infection.
