Upset Stomach ( Dyspepsia )

Upset stomach remedies.

  • Chewing a piece of fresh ginger after meals regularly is beneficial for any digestive disorders such as dyspepsia or an upset stomach. 
  • Take 3x a day a mixture of 1 teaspoon each fresh mint and lime juices with 1 tablespoon honey to soothe an upset stomach.
  • Take the juice of papaya seeds to ease dyspepsia.
  • Mix 1 teaspoon each fresh ginger, mint and lime juices and 1 tablespoon honey. Suck this mixture 3x daily to contain an upset stomach.
