Taking honey with cinnamon powder cures stomach pains and clears stomach ulcers. Take 1 tablespoon
honey with a pinch of cinnamon powder.

For stomach pains, take a mixture of 1 teaspoon onion juice and 1 teaspoon honey.

For stomach pains due to diarrhea, rub a little fresh ginger juice around the belly button.

For stomach bloating, pound an inch of ginger and put it in a glass of boiling water. Leave for 10
minutes, then filter and drink. Add a pinch of cinnamon for added effect.

Boil and then fry with butter a few fenugreek leaves. Eat 2x daily.

Add 1 tablespoon grounded mint leaves to 1 cup water. Take the water 2-3x a day.

To soothe stomach, steep ½ - ¾ teaspoon powdered cinnamon in 1 cup boiling water for 10- 20
minutes and drink up to 3 cups a day.

To prevent stomach pains, eat a mixture of grated ginger, a few drops lime juice and a pinch of salt
before meals, or drink ginger tea 2-3x daily. Make ginger tea by steeping about a half-thumb sized
ginger cut, sliced or chopped in 1 glass hot water and strained. Make thin ginger tea if there are
stomach ulcers, or use other remedies without ginger.

Drink 2 cups aniseed tea once or twice daily.

Drink a cup of coriander tea to settle any stomach problems.

To relieve stomach problems, mash peeled potatoes and wrap them in thin cloth to squeeze of its juice.
Take ½ cup 2x a day.
