Pains

  • For abdominal pains, ground equal amounts coriander seeds, ginger and grated coconut to make paste. Add a little salt to taste. Eat with meals.
  • For pain in the hips, eat 2-3x daily a few fenugreek leaves cooked in coconut milk with 1 whole egg added.

For ankle pains:

  • Massage the pains area with the mixture of equal quantities castor oil and lime juice.
  • Also drink 1 cup warm water mixed with 1 teaspoon each lime juice and honey.
  • Drink pineapple or pomegranate juice to heal pains quickly.
  • For muscle strain along the ankles, apply a paste of ½ teaspoon each turmeric and salt with hot water.
  • For sprains (ligament tear, swelling, discoloration), apply a paste of ½ teaspoon each turmeric and salt with cool water.
  • Soak a cloth in cider vinegar and wrap around the pains area.
