Massaging olive oil all over the body tones up the muscles and organs, relieving joint paint and muscle
weakness.

Massage intensely with warm black seed oil to relieve muscle, joint pain. Also drink 1 teaspoon
each black seed oil and olive oil 3x daily.

For muscle cramps or joint pain, apply clove oil on the affected parts.

For muscle crampsor joint pain, take 1 teaspoon cider vinegar, or mix 2 teaspoons cider vinegar and 1
teaspoon honey in 1 glass warm water. Drink the mixture.

Apply on the muscle, joint pain papaya leaf that has been warmed over a low fire.

For tired and aching muscles and joints, grate some fresh ginger root. Squeeze out the juice after
wrapping them with clean cloth. Add equal amounts of vegetable oil, then massage into muscle, joint
pain areas for a few minutes. Alternatively, soak in a tub filed with ginger water by grating some
fresh ginger and putting it in a bag made from the toe end of a cut nylon stocking. Squeeze the bag in
the tub to release the ginger juice into the water.

For muscle cramps on the legs, add a glass of hot water to a handful of cooked rice and rub it to make
paste. Add 1 tablespoon salt and blend well. Paste the mixture on the cramp.

For relaxing tense and muscle pain after exercise, add 1-2 cups Epsom salts to a hot bath and
soak in it for ½ hour. Then take a good rest, preferably in bed for at least an hour.

Heat up a sufficient amount of olive oil with ½ - 1 tablespoon black seed added to be used for intense
massaging of the muscle, joint pain.

Pineapple contains bromelain which help repair tissues, so eat it regularly when inflicted with muscle,
joint pain.
