Take a piece of betel leave, fold it into a small piece and insert in the bleeding nose. Lie down with
the head placed high and a wet cloth placed on the forehead. Have plenty of rest.

Wash the nose, temples and neck with a cloth soaked in apple cider vinegar and water, or soak a cotton
ball with white vinegar and plug in the bleeding nose for about 10 seconds.

For frequent nose bleeds, drink a mixture of 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar in ½ glass warm water 3x
daily.

Use a few drops of lemon juice as nose drops for nose bleeds.

Drink a mixture of ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper in a glass of hot water for quick coagulation on nose
bleed.

Apply a few drops mango juice from the soft kernel as nose drop for nose bleeds.

Use the juice of fresh coriander leaves as nose drops for nose bleeds.

Smell basil blossoms every now and then, or take 1-2 tablespoons with a little honey to control nose
bleed.

Drink cool water.

Dip a cloth in cold water to use as compress on the forehead and nose. Blow the nose gently to get rid
of any clots after a nose bleed.

Inhale a little cool water from the palm of the hand, then blow out gently.

Pinch and hold the nose for 2-3 minutes with the thumb and index finger while breathing normally
through the mouth.

Drink cranberry or pomegranate juice on its own, or mix them together 1:1.
