Fast on orange juice and water for 7-15 days depending on the degree of malarial dengue fever. Once
fever subsides, fast strictly on fresh fruits for 3 days, taking them at the three main meals a day
every 5 hours. Fresh juicy fruits such as apples, grapes, grapefruit, mangoes, oranges, pineapples and
papaya can be taken. Milk can be added after the three along with the fresh fruits. Adopt after the
fasts a well-balanced diet of natural foods consisting of seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables and
fruits, especially fresh
fruits and
raw vegetables. Avoid strong tea, coffee, refined and processed foods, fried foods, condiments, sauces,
pickles, white sugar and its products, white flour and its products, all meats,
alcohol and
smoking.
