Itch | Itchy Skin

  • Rub fresh lemon juice on the itch.
  • Crush some garlic and apply on the itch before going to sleep.
  • Use as soap lime juice diluted in water.
  • Massage with the juice of basil leaves. For chronic cases, mix it with sesame oil in 2:1 proportion. Warm it over heated water, then keep for storage when needed. Alternatively, mix 1:1 honey and basil juice and apply on the itch.
  • Apply apple cider vinegar on the itchy skin 2-3x a day.
  • Apply the juice of apricot leaves over the itchy skin.
  • Add 2 cups each ice and milk and 2 tablespoons salt in 4 cups full water. Dip a clean cloth in and rub gently over the itchy skin. Leave for 20 minutes. Repeat 3 -4x daily.
  • The eel (a snake-like fish) is good for itchy skin, eat it roasted regularly until the itch disappears.
