Vitamin C from lemon can be consumed easily from squeezing sour lemon on food. Lemon activates the immune system, is beneficial to the lining of the digestive tract and stomach, stimulates the pancreas and liver and relieves rheumatism and arthritis. Note: Lime juice can be used as substitute for lemon juice
for its medicinal properties. Lemon oil is an essential oil that is uplifting and cleansing with astringent and
antiseptic properties and added aromatic delight; helping to create a relaxing atmosphere. Those with mental fatigue would do well exposed to the de-stressing properties of
lemon oil. Lemon oil shouldn't be used on the skin under sunlight.
