Mix 1 cup lemon juice, ¼ cup milk and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a basin of water. Sweet-smelling
flowers (like rose water) or herbs like cinnamon can be added for its odor (optional). Soak the feet in
for about 30 minutes, then rinse with mild soap. Do it for 3-4 weeks to smoothen the skin. (Also
applicable for body skin - just add the solution to the tub and soak in it).

When drying feet after a wash, make sure to towel dry (or use a dryer) thoroughly including between the
toes.
Foot odor

Steep 4 tea bags in 1 liter boiling water for 5 minutes, then put the tea in a basin of 1 liter water
to cool it off. Dunk feet. Do this 2x daily to steer clear of foot odor.

Soak feet in 1 liter water with ½ cup vinegar added to eliminate foot odor.

Grind 24 radishes with ¼ teaspoon glycerine added to make juice. Put in a spray bottle and spritz on
the feet to freshen and prevent foot odor.

Sprinkle baking soda on the feet, shoes and socks to absorb perspiration and neutralize the skin as to
avoid foot odor.

Put a handful of tamarind pulp and 2 tablespoons salt in 1 bucket of water. Dunk feet in for 15-30
minutes at the same time massaging between the toes with the tamarind pulp.

Rub a cut lime on the feet every night.

To help prevent foot odor, take zinc or horsetail tea.
