milk
Can trigger allergic reactions that induce joint pain and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, irritable bowel syndrome and diarrhea. Its fat promotes cancer and heart disease. Also linked to colic, respiratory problems, sleeplessness, itchy rashes, migraines, epileptic seizures, ear infections and even diabetes in children. May slow down healing of ulcers.

mushroom
Black mushroom thins blood, a caution for those taking anti-blood clot drugs. Button mushrooms from US are claimed to have cancer-causing potential (hydrazides) unless cooked.

nutmeg
Consuming too much such as 1 - 3 whole nutmegs or in excess of 1 grounded teaspoon, may give rise to side effects like wild hallucinations, extreme nausea and even reported to result in miscarriage.

oat
High dosage can cause gas, abdominal bloating and pain in some people.

onion
May aggravate heartburn and promote gas.

orange
May aggravate heartburn.

sugar
Induce cavities, fatigue and adrenal weakness. Also triggers rise in blood sugar and stimulates insulin production. May be related to Crohn's disease. One teaspoon of sugar is said to set the immune system back three-and-half hours.

tea (non-herbal)
Excessive drinking could aggravate anxiety, insomnia and symptoms of PMS due to its caffein content. May promote kidney stones due to its high oxalate content.

turmeric
Known to be very safe even in large doses, but do not use if pregnant, with hepatitis, or gallstones symptoms.

wheat
Triggers food intolerances and allergies, resulting in symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome and neurological illnesses.
