A cold is the body's way of eliminating toxic
wastes, suppressing it with drugs forces the toxic
wastes to make its way back into the tissues again.
Fast for 2 days on warm water mixed with lemon
juice and honey, or fruit juice (especially
pineapple juice) in large amounts to neutralize the
acid in blood and reasonably hot water to clear the
kidneys. Then fast on only fresh fruits for the
next 3 days, taking fruits like apples, pears,
grapes, grapefruit, oranges, pineapple, peaches,
melon or any other juicy fruit in season 3x daily
for meals. Avoid bananas and processed fruits, or
any other food items except strictly fruits only.
After the fruit fast, go a well-balanced diet of
seeds, nuts, grains, vegetables and fruits,
avoiding fish, meat, eggs, cheese and starchy foods
for a few days. Strengthen the body with
multivitamins especially vitamin C that is
anti-infection and a natural antibiotic.

Take lime juice, which is rich in vitamin C,
diluted in 1 glass warm water with 1 teaspoon honey
to increase immunity, reduce toxicity and also as
an effective remedy for dry cough.

Take garlic soup to flush out toxins and bring down
fever.

Drink several times a day garlic oil mixed with
onion juice and diluted with water.

Add ½ teaspoon turmeric into a hot pan and pour ½
cup warm milk over it and boiled over a slow fire.
Inhale the smoke to increase nose discharge and
bring faster relief.

To prevent a cold from developing further, take 1
teaspoon pepper in a glass of water at the onset of
a cold or sore throat.

Take 21 black seed, put it in a cloth and soak
overnight. Use as droplets for the nose the next
day. Alternatively, inhale powdered black seed
wrapped in cloth (dry, without soaking).

Take ½ teaspoon warm ghee with ½ teaspoon rock salt
at bedtime.
