Take natural whole foods that give energy and relieve fatigue particularly cereals (corn seeds, barley seeds, oat, etc), seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables and fruits. Take the bulk of any of these food group at one of the three meals. Supplement these health foods with protective foods such as milk, high quality cold-pressed unrefined vegetable oil and honey.
  • Take 500ml raw vegetable juice (especially green vegetables which is rich in potassium for protection against fatigue) or combine 300ml carrot juice and 100ml each beet and cucumber juices.
  • Mix 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar to 1 cup honey and take 2 teaspoons of the mixture before retiring. Repeat dosage if you can't sleep within the hour.
  • Take in the morning a glass of warm water that has been left overnight. Add 1 tablespoon honey before drinking.
  • Drink 1 glass aloe vera juice mixed with 1 tablespoon honey.
  • Take 1 glass warm water with 1 teaspoon each apple cider vinegar and honey added.
  • Drink a glass of 1:1 grapefruit juice and lemon juice.
  • Dissolve 1 teaspoon honey in 1 cup warm water, or keep ¼ jug full honey in 1 jug full water in the fridge. Drink when needed. Honey is primarily fructose and glucose and so it is quickly absorbed by the digestive system.
