Excessive Perspiration

  • Apply crushed olive leaves locally to reduce excessive perspiration.
  • If excessive perspiration is due to nervousness, drink peppermint or fennel tea.
  • For excessive perspiration, apply over sweaty parts a mixture of sandalwood powder and rose water in equal amounts.

Night sweats:

  • Wash the skin with apple cider vinegar, or with water added, before going to bed.
  • Eat 5 - 20gm asparagus daily for continual night sweats.
