37. Observe intervals between meals.
Wait 2-4 hours for light meals, and 4-6 hours for full meals before taking another meal. This is to allow one meal to digest before eating the next.

38. Don't eat the meat of predators.
This includes animals which have fangs (or tusks) and feed on prey or carrion, scavengers and birds of prey. Modern science has confirmed the validity of people acquiring some of the characteristics of animals that are eaten. The meat of those animals contain secreted hormones and chemicals that affect the moral, ethical and behavioral qualities of those who eat it.

Predators produce aggressive hormones when faced with the task of hunting, confronting and killing its prey. In certain tribes where the consumption of predators are common, the members display aggressive, cruel behaviors and resort to cannibalism. Compare the lion with a cow.

The omnivorous pig is also in this category because it is willing to eat anything (including humans). This is why pigs contain various worms, parasites and microbes and excessive bolic acid. Researchers also find a tendency towards sexual anarchy among predator-eaters - where the family institution is discarded and wife-swopping or adultery commonplace.

39. Avoid sugary foods and drinks.
When dental plague and sugar interacts, tooth decay results. Plague bacteria produces acid when sugar enters the mouth, potentially causing cavity. Acidic drinks like fruit juices and fizzy colas may cause erosion of the tooth surface. Drink plain water or milk which will not erode the teeth. Plain water is also best for those with a weight problem.

40. Eat a proper combination of food.
Foods need to be combined properly to be easily digested. Improper digestion of food can create pH levels imbalances, improper absorption of nutrients, constipation or other digestive troubles. For example, fresh fruits should not be eaten with any other food, including dried fruits (eating fresh dates with dried ones, however, is ok). Fresh fruits go straight into the stomach and intestines, eating them with any other food cause them to ferment in the stomach. Wait at least 30 minutes after taking a fruit before taking any other food. (Also see point 42).
