23. Gargle the mouth after eating, or brush the teeth.
Obviously, for oral hygiene.

24. Pick bits and pieces from in-between teeth.
Flossing is important to prevent the teeth from rotting, and other dental problems.

25. Don't touch utensils straight away after awaking from sleep.
Wash the hands first before touching any cooking materials as soon as one wakes from sleep, who knows what things had been touched during sleep.

27. Always cover open utensils.
When there's food in utensils, always cover them to avoid contamination.

28. It is better to eat with company, than alone.
Eating is a pleasure when there are other people to share it with. Food always taste better when there's company. Indulge in moderate conversation without eating in complete silence or too much yakking. Eating alone also makes one less concern about nutrition - grabbing something out of the refrigerator and skipping meals seem easier when you're eating alone.

29. Eat very little at night.
If nothing is eaten at all, hunger can disturb sleep. A light dinner about 3 hours before bedtime is preferable, and it is best to eat fruits or foods that digest quickly. Eating a lot at night speeds up aging as it can cause many disorders.

30. Don't prolong sitting after eating.
Once the meal is completed, sit quietly for 5 minutes or so and relax to enable the digestive system to absorb the nutrients from food. Avoid sitting for too long. After eating, go about the daily activity without rushing. Go for a 15-30 minute brisk walk after the evening meal to give the metabolism a boost before it slows down at bedtime. This helps digest the dinner more effectively at its weakest metabolism time of day.
