For severe cases of diarrhea, observe a complete
fast for two days taking only hot water to replace
loss of fluids. When condition improves slightly,
juices of fruits may be taken. Thereafter meals can
be increased gradually to include cooked
vegetables, whole rice and soured milks. Wait until
complete recovery before taking raw foods.

Take 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar before and
in-between meals, or mix 2 teaspoons in 1 glass
