Add 2 tablespoons grounded black seeds to 8 oz. apple
cider vinegar and boil. Cool, then strain and use as mouth rinse for 3-4 days in dental
hygiene.

For dental hygiene, chew a clove daily in the morning to make the teeth strong and healthy, or apply
clove oil to the decayed tooth.

Place on the affected tooth a clove of garlic with a little rock salt to relieve the pain.

Chew a raw onion for 3 minutes to kill all the germs in the mouth, or place a small piece of onion on
the bad tooth or gum.

Chew on wheat grass to check bacterial growth, or use the juice as mouthwash.

Mix a pinch of pepper with 1 drop clove oil and apply to the decayed part of the tooth.

Make a paste with 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder and 5 teaspoons honey. Apply on the aching tooth possibly
3x daily for dental hygiene until it stops aching.

Chew calamus as dental hygiene routine.

Mix 1:1 the oils of black seed and olive, then cover the tooth with it.
