Massage with a mixture of equal quantities fine salt and pepper powder. This also acts as cleanser for
teeth and should be used daily for dental hygiene to prevent bad breath,
gum bleed, toothache and teeth sensitivity.

Chew an unripe guava or its tender leaves for dental hygiene to stop bleeding gums and keep the teeth healthy.

As part of dental hygiene routine, eat oranges regularly and rub its skin over the teeth and gums. Lime
and lemon skin can also be used in dental hygiene for their high vitamin C-content, strengthen the gums
and teeth, and very effective for preventing and curing acute inflammations of the gum margins. Cleanse the teeth very morning and night
with a toothbrush that has been dipped in warm water and squeezed with lemon juice. Then rinse the
mouth with warm water containing lemon juice. Rub the gums gently with the forefinger of the right hand
for 1-2 minutes after brushing.

Grind the dry rind of pomegranate into powder and mix it with a pinch of pepper powder and common salt.
Use it in dental hygiene as paste (dentifrice) for the gums to strengthen them, stop the bleeding, and
prevent pyorrhoea.

Take spinach juice and carrot juice in quantities of 125 ml each daily for dental hygiene.

To prevent pyorrhoea, chew lettuce leaves everyday immediately after meals.
