Teeth and gum

As a general cleanser in dental hygiene, use the powders of almond (finely grounded and roasted almond
shells).

Chew ½ teaspoon frankincense to strengthen teeth and gums as part of the dental hygiene routine.

To encourage the growth of teeth on the infants massage butter or clarified butter (ghee) over its
gums.
Canker sores

When canker sores accompanied by constipation, take 1 cup warm milk with
½ teaspoon arrowroot.

When canker sores accompanied by diarrhea, take 1 teaspoon ghee with ¼
teaspoon arrowroot.

For dental hygiene, rinse the mouth with aloe vera juice 3-4 x a day.

Take 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel 3x daily.

Add 10 drops tea tree oil in one-third cup water. Use the mixture for swishing in the mouth.

Drink ½ cup cranberry juice between meals.

Take watercress and carrot soup. Cook 250gm each watercress and carrots (chopped) in 4 liters water
until the water is reduced to a quarter. Also for other inner mouth ailments swollen gums, bad teeth,
bad breath, etc.
Hole in Tooth

Cleanse an onion and roast it over a fire until slightly charred. Place the onion in the mouth on the tooth. Bite gently until the onion enters the
hole. Leave 5-10 minutes and the pain will cease.

Dip a cotton ball in clove oil. Drop the oil on the tooth and hole.

Rub down 5 bitter gourd leaves and mix with a little salt and warm water. Squeeze for its juice. Use
the juice as gargle 3x daily.

Cleanse a lemongrass and scrape its roots off. Roast it over a low fire and when still warm, bite it
with the aching tooth. Leave for 4-5 minutes. Repeat 2x in a day.
