Cholesterol Treatment
Cholesterol is a form of fat in the body that is produced by the liver and other organs, or consumed through
animal fat.

Mix 2 tablespoons honey and 3 teaspoons cinnamon powder with 2 cups tea water. It helps
lower cholesterol in the body by 10% within 2 hours. Take 3x daily for arthritic patients.

One teaspoon raw onion juice to be taken first thing in the morning to oxidize excess
cholesterol hence normalizing the percentage of blood cholesterol.

Eat pure garlic or take 1 garlic capsule 2x a day, especially for people whose body normally cannot
regulate the cholesterol fractions.

Drink a few cups of ginger tea a day. Ginger improves circulation by thinning blood and reducing
cholesterol.

Eat cholesterol reducing foods: alfalfa, olive oil, apples, avocado, bananas, carrots, dried beans,
grapefruit, almonds, blue corn, millet, oatmeal, yogurt, quinoa. A high-fiber diet helps in reducing
cholesterol. Reduce red meats and dairy products.

Take Vitamin C daily.

Drink 1 cup hot water with 1 tsp honey added first thing every morning. Add 1 teaspoon lime juice or 10
drops apple cider vinegar to make the treatment more potent.

Drink a mixture of a finely cut onion with 1 cup buttermilk and ¼ tsp pepper powder.

Eat before meals a mixture of a finely-chopped garlic and ½ teaspoon each lime juice and grated ginger
root.

Boil 2 teaspoons coriander seeds in 1 cup water and drink it regularly. This also stimulates the
kidneys and act as diuretic.

The monounsaturated fat in almonds has been related to maintaining healthy
levels of HDL cholesterol while reducing total and LDL cholesterol. Some research shows that just 1 oz.
a day can have this effect.

Consume essential fatty acids in the form of sunflower seed oil, corn oil or safflower oil to
reduce serum cholesterol levels and minimize the risk of arteriosclerosis.

Add turmeric to the cooking as it decreases cholesterol levels.
