Eat 1½ cup broccoli everyday as part of a cancer treatment to prevent lung
cancer, stomach cancer,
intestines cancer, pharynx cancer, mouth cancer and prostate cancer.

A compound in broccoli and brussels sprouts, called sulforaphane, hinders the growth of human breast
cancer cells in the laboratory. Sulforaphane has also been found to prevent colon cancer in previous
research.

Drink green tea as it contains antioxidant and prevents
cancer cells from multiplying. Take 240 mg 3 times daily.

Eat tomatoes, oranges, lemons and
citrus fruits for their high vitamin C content that prevents damaged cells.

Eat soya beans for its phytoestrogen that may help prevent breast cancer and prostate cancer.

Swedish studies show that vitamin C in large doses can slow down cancer effectively. Japanese
scientists on the other hand found that vitamin C mixed with copper kills cancer.

Italian scientists discovered vitamin A inhibits carcinogen, and beta carotene which is a
precursor to vitamin A may actually inhibit skin cancer.

A study involving half a million people in 10 European countries conclude that a diet high in fiber -
fruits, vegetables, and cereals - significantly lowers the risk of bowel cancer.

Recent worldwide studies suggest that a liberal use of green and yellow vegetables and fruits can
prevent cancer. Consumption of green and yellow vegetables every day was found to lower the the risk of
developing lung, stomach and other cancers. High consumption of carrots, squash, tomatoes, salads or
leafy green vegetables, dried fruits, fresh strawberries or melon on the other hand was also found to
lower the risk of cancer.

A study involving 3000 veterans found that drinking milk or eating fish daily, both packed with vitamin
D, will help people from developing cancerous growths in the colon. The recommended daily amount for
adults is 200 to 800 IUs.

Other measures : plenty of rest, avoid worries and mental stress, expose to and plenty of fresh, pure
air.
