Blood cleansing, Blood Loss,

Blood cleansing
- Take garlic pills or raw garlic for a few days.
- Take 1:1 celery and carrot juices.
Blood loss, bleeding
- Taking 2 teaspoons cider vinegar in 1 glass water 3x a
day restores natural clotting of blood.
- For internal bleeding, drink cranberry or pomegranate
juice to stop it.
- For internal bleeding, drink 1 cup warm water with a
pinch of saffron and ½ pinch turmeric powder added.
- For external bleeding, apply anything cold (eg. plain
ice) to constrict the blood vessels and stop bleeding. Also
drink cold water to constrict the blood vessels.
- Apply aloe vera gel.
- Pound or chew on papaya leaves, then apply it on the
wound to stop it from bleeding.
Blood thinner
- Take a few cups of ginger tea a day. Filter before
drinking it warm. Ginger improves circulation by thinning
the blood and reduces cholesterol.
- Add the juice of 1 lemon to 1 glass warm water and
drink ½ hour before breakfast.
- These foods are natural blood-thinners and
anti-platelets: Bromelain (found in pineapples), angelica
root, arnica flower, anise, asafoetida, celery, chamomile,
fenugreek, horse chestnut, ginkgo, lovage root, parsley,
passionflower, quassia, turmeric, red clover rue, sweet
clover, onion, ginger, garlic. Exercise caution when also
using anticoagulants or blood-thinning drugs as these foods
may enhance their effects.
