Foot
Athlete's foot
is a fungal infection on the skin of the feet.

Mix 4 tablespoons vinegar with 2 crushed cloves
garlic to 1½ liter hot water. When warm, soak
affected foot in for 15 minutes once a day.

Soak feet in ginger tea. It’s anti-fungal property
will ease the burn and itch.

Rub with a clove of raw garlic.

Rub with white vinegar.

Apply brewer's yeast mixed with a little honey 2x
daily.

Expose the affected area for a few minutes to
direct sunlight everyday.

Wipe white vinegar on the inside of the shoes to
prevent re-infection.

To remedy athlete's foot because of the intake of
antibiotics that kills good bacteria with the bad,
eat several servings of yogurt with live cultures
daily. Also take a high dosage of the B vitamins to
rebuild flora and help fight infection.

Soak feet in 1:1 apple cider vinegar and water for
10 minutes everyday until condition subsides, or
rub the area with a cotton pad soaked in vinegar.
Let dry.

Wash with garlic juice, or dust with garlic powder
2x daily.

Mix 2 teaspoons salt to a pint of warm water. Soak
the feet in for 10-15 minutes to kill the fungus
and reduce perspiration. Dry thoroughly.

Apply vitamin E 2x a day.

Rub raw honey on the infected part and cover the
feet with an old sock. Do this at bedtime and leave
overnight.

Add 100 drops (about ¾ teaspoon) of grapeseed
extract in 2 oz. water. Apply this mixture to the
area 2-3x daily.

Add 8 - 10 broken cinnamon sticks to 4 cups boiling
water. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Steep
for 45 minutes and use the mixture as foot bath.

Apply aloe vera gel 2x daily.

Soak a cotton ball with some tea tree oil and
cleanse the area with it. Then apply a mixture of 1
teaspoon aloe vera gel and ½ teaspoon turmeric to
the area 2x daily for 2 weeks. The turmeric will
cause socks to turn yellow so use old socks.

Sprinkle baking soda on the feet, shoes and socks
to absorb perspiration and neutralize the skin.
