Rub with aloe vera gel 2x daily for 1 - 2 months as part of your anti aging skin care regime.

For freckles, use almond paste (grounded skinless almonds mixed with a little water) on the face for
half - 1 hour. Wash, then pat lemon juice into the skin.

For spots, mash one-third cup chickpeas in a little water. Paste and leave it until it dries. Then
wash. Do this everyday.

To lighten freckles and remove spots, squeeze papaya of its juice and apply directly into the skin for
a few hours.

To remove age spots, apply vitamin E or cod liver oil every day to reduce the discoloration.

A mixture of 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon orange juice can be applied to
age spots. Leave for half - 1 hour before rinsing off.

Dab lemon juice on age spots 2x daily while staying indoors (avoiding the sun), until it dries. Do
this for a few months as the process is slow.

Mix 1 teaspoon onion juice with 2 teaspoons vinegar and use this mixture to rub into the spot. Do this
2x daily until spots disappear. Alternatively, dip a cut
onion into apple cider vinegar and apply to the spots.

Cucumber juice applied to dark spots 2x daily in the morning and night. Leave on the skin to dry.

Mix heavy whipping cream (36-40% fat content) with 1 each carrot and avocado and 3 tablespoons honey.
Peel, cook and mash the carrot. The avocado should be peeled, pitted and mashed. Blend everything in a
bowl then apply to the skin for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cool water. Do this regularly to as an anti
aging skin care regimen to fade age spots, improve the skin texture and build skin collagen.
