Disease prevention

  • Take a pinch of organic salt, followed by a glass of warm water first thing every morning. This also cleanses the heart and liver and helps in the anti aging process.

Reduce Stress and Depression

  • Promote anti-aging: Reduce stress by exercising, talking to friends, smiling or laughing and getting enough rest.
  • Get enough sleep, recommended 6-8 hours a night for body repairs, and to maintain good memory and concentration.
  • Maintain a healthy weight and body fat.
  • Be thankful, optimistic and forgiving. Reach out and interact well with others. Learn something new to make life more interesting.
  • Beat depression by practicing moderate aerobic exercise that increases noradrenaline, the neurotransmitter in the brain that makes one feel 'up', and beta-endorphins, which calms the mind and body and uplift mood.
  • Mix lime in the bath to invigorate the weak body and lightens headaches.
  • Mix 50gm parsley fruits in 2 liters water. Pour the infusion in the bath and soak in it to for physical relaxation.

Detox

  • Squeeze some lemon juice into warm water and drink it to help cleanse the system of toxins.
  • Drink raw potato and apple juices in proportion 1:4 in the mornings to help detox heavy metals and chemicals from the system.
