beta-endorphins, which calms the mind and body and uplift mood.

Mix 50gm parsley fruits in 2 liters water. Pour the infusion in the bath and soak in it to for physical
relaxation.
Detox

Squeeze some lemon juice into warm water and drink it to help cleanse the system of toxins.

Drink raw potato and apple juices in proportion 1:4 in the mornings to help detox heavy metals and chemicals from the system.
