  • Boil to make tea 1 teaspoon cinnamon in 3 cups water. Add 4 teaspoons honey last. Drink quarter cup 3 - 4x daily. It keeps the skin fresh and soft, prolongs life span and have anti aging effects.
  • Cleanse and take 5 - 10 basil leaves with 1 glass warm water every morning on an empty stomach for 3-4 months.
  • Eat 1 cardamom seed with half teaspoon honey daily to improve eyesight, strengthen the nervous system and maintain health.
